What a gem of a place.. so many extra special touches that made our stay exceptional. The place itself is simply divine in it's decor, extremely clean and the breakfast was outstanding. The warm and lovely staff really make you feel at home.

We have stayed in Madeira in different places and this was by far the best one we have had! It was super duper clean, fully equipped and the host was extremely helpful and very kind and put fresh vegetables and fruits of her garden in the kitchen so we can all have them! They were delicious! I can whole heartedly recommend this stay!!!

It's a pity that we stayed for only one night. We were provided with everything: shower gel, shampoo, and even drinking water. They also treated us with cupcakes and bananas(likely from their garden). The apartment was very clean, one of those places where you feel like walking around barefoot or in white socks. I definitely recommend staying in these apartments.

Loved Solar da Bica. The staff there are wonderful, the room was great. The breakfast was excellent, and I liked that they changed things up a little every morning. The sauna and pool was a real treat after a long day hiking. We also loved the little tuck shop in the reception where you could buy beers!

If you're staying in Madeira, this residence is an excellent option! It was very clean and spacious with all of its amenities accurately described in the rental posting. While it's up in the mountains, grocery stores, bars/cafes, and a gas station are all only a short drive away. There is a breathtaking viewpoint of the mountains nearby and even the view from your back patio & front patio are great! The few requests and questions we had were promptly addressed by the host who was superbly accommodating. Enjoy Madeira!

Nice clean and comfortable apartment in a great location with quick access to Funchal and other places. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could park either on the street or in the garage which has a reserved parking spot, which is convenient as the streets nearby were sometimes full.

Lovely place to stay on the hill side near Sao Vicente. Definitely need a car to stay here and it is a short drive into the town. Loved our stay here, it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need! Kitchen facilities were great.
