We loved the location, the impeccable cleaning, the little details (drinks and snack available, etc) and the welcoming from the owner. The room was very spacious.

Everything was nice and clean. Communication with the owner was great and he was very nice - our car broke on the way to Constanta and he went out of his way to help us find a mechanic after working hours to fix it.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at Pensiunea Pont-Euxin. The hostess was lovely and had lots of tips, she made everything easy for me while staying there. She already took an extra mile with messaging me on whatsapp 5 days in advance, that really helped me with tips for the right transportation to the hotel. She also was full of nice surprizes; it really made me feel welcomed at her great place. If I will come back to Constanta I definitely will come back to Pensiunea Pont-Euxin. I sure hope her dreams for the place and herself will then be her reality!

Lovely place, great location, wonderful staff

-Reasonably priced, about €70 in late June for room that is very spacious (25 m2), with a functioning airco, large comfortable bed, view of the city, small but useful fridge, large closet and stable wifi. There was no street noise with the windows closed. Cheaper options were available, but we preferred a little nicer room and took the Superior King Room. -The area is full of banks, nice coffee places, pubs, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Great central location, at walking distance from the old town and the beach. We were there for leisure but also to handle some administration in the legal district (think notaries & government entities) and could do everything by foot. -The staff is very helpful and friendly and speaks English. We arrived early in the morning and asked if we could drop our suitcase at the reception around 8 am. They immediately offered to let us check into the room already (normal check in time is 2 pm) at no extra charge. -We enjoyed a complimentary coffee upon arrival in an internal terrace. Nice start of the day. -They offered to let us make free copies of several docs in their office, when we asked for directions to a printshop. Again, great service and much appreciated. Above and beyond what we could expect. -We asked for a late check out, which was possible for a reasonable fee. It was organized efficiently thanks to their responsiveness via the Booking messenger app. -The staff is very responsive via the Booking messenger app. We sent a request on Sunday and got a response within 10 mins. We sent a request on Monday evening and got a response within 20 mins. -The hotel is located inside of a nice old building, which is light and clean.

Every meal we had in the location was great taste, big size and fair value for money. The rooms were very large and very well equipped with anything we needed for a 3 days trip. Personnel was fantastic, so helpful from the reception, to the restaurant or cleaning.
