The entire apartment and the house were extremely beautiful and clean. They offer slippers in the hallway to exchange for your shoes, which makes it feel very homely and comfortable. They also offer multiple choices of tea, coffee, chocolates, milk, sugar directly in the room. They have coffee mugs, regular glasses, tea mugs, even champagne glasses. Two big bottles of ice cold water in the fridge, an ironing board and an iron, clean towels, soap, body wash, hair dryer, they have it all. Not to mention the delightful pillows and duvets, omg, i slept like a baby. Very comfortable. Smart tv with netflix, good heating too and extremely quiet.

Beautifully located, close to everything, the room was impeccable, clean, check-in check-out were made easy and without a problem, the room was even ready in advance, and the building, the room, and the inner courtyard are truly beautiful! Short stay for us, but definitely worth the price. Will definitely choose this room again next time.

Stuff is amazing and very helpful, stocked kitchen. There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy your glass of wine or coffee. Everything is in walking distance, though the train station/bus is 25 mis walk or 5 euro taxi.

Very nice Guesthouse, close to the center of city, in a calm part of it, with parking available on front of the guesthouse or near the railway station ( 5 minutes). Calm and clean rooms and with a very traditional Slovenian cooking: the restaurant is welcoming and the staff is very kind and friendly.

What a lovely place! We weren’t sure what to expect so was pleasantly surprised to be received in a sparkling clean, incredibly spacious area. The room was massive with a lovely balcony, a comfy bed and clean linens. The kitchen has everything you need, with multiple fridges for guests and plenty of space to relax or dine. Supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Parking on-site was a lovely bonus.

Enjoying a central position in Ljubljana, in the pedestrian zone and next the vivid river bank, Cacao Rooms offers on-site bar with a terrace.

Really good accomodation, frequent direct bus to the center (every 20min on weekdays, every 30 min on weekends). Rooms and toilet mega spacious. Owner incredible nice, making us feel like home from the beginning and even offering me and my friend a bottle of wine and a cake, because of my bday. That was completely unexpected in a good way. I would give a even better rate if that was possible.
