We genuinely loved the host, as he is a really good and chill person and very helpful with tips on which routes to drive with our car to see nice views and beautiful beaches, elephants etc. We wanted to see the Phi Phi Islands so he contacted the tour people himself and we didn't have to worry about it. The other staff was very nice and friendly too! The guesthouse-restaurant had amazing food. It had both (for an european) a familiar and safe italian food, which the host made himself (being an italian man he is!) and authentic thai cuisine made by thai staff. The breakfast was really good, with proper coffee(very important to me). The location of the property is right in the night market, which was very convenient and wasnt disturbing at all, the room was calm and not noisy. Overall we felt very comfortable and cozy there. Everything was really clean and nice and true to pictures! We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults and 1 preschooler. Our expectations were definitely exceeded, even though I already read some nice reviews of this place. We definitely would pick this guesthouse over a five star fancy hotel :)

A very cozy guest house with a good location in a quiet place. The room has a beautiful view of the mountains, the room has air conditioning, shower, TV, refrigerator. There is a shared kitchen, a lounge area and a terrace. The owners are very friendly, they stay at the hotel most of the time and are always ready to help when they are ill, they took care of them like a family. They carefully monitor the order and cleanliness of the house during the day. We loved our stay at Mitsu - rooms are beautifully presented and extremely clean. Location is good, especially is you have a scooter. Loved that the TV had Netflix too!
