I really like the service from the Gift House staff. They reply to messages quickly, and when I requested an iron, they delivered it to my door not long after. Even though it was only around 300 baht+, the room still had a fridge, wardrobe, water heater, and hair dryer. So much cheap compared to another hotel I had stay before.

very clean and large rooms. strong wifi with good airconditioner. the centre of hat yai is 20min by walking the location is in a living district near the trainstation and a 7-11 is just around the corner. people around in the streets were very friendly and served good food.
