wonderful experience with Elysee Cave Hotel. Soheil arranged all our tours throughout our stay of 3 days & nights based on our preferred activities. We did the Jeep safari tour, Whirling Dervish show, Hot air balloon, Red & Green tour and ATV. Everything was well planned. We were well taken care by the most trusted local guides and drivers. Hotel was nice as well, we got the family room that comes with a private balcony. It wasn’t really a peak season so it felt like we have the hotel all to ourselves. Location is great, walkable distance to the restaurants. Thank you Soheil & Tatyana for packing breakfast for us before we catch our morning flight 😊 Highly recommended.

Walnut House totally exceeded my expectations! After a long, freezing 14-hour bus ride from Istanbul, I finally arrived in Cappadocia, safe and sound. The host was incredibly welcoming and let us check in early with no hassle, which was a lifesaver after such a tiring journey. The moment we settled into our room, all the tiredness from the trip melted away. The place is tucked away between a spa and a restaurant, just a short walk from the bus station, shopping spots, and plenty of dining options. It doesn't really look like a typical hotel from the outside—it feels more like staying in a cozy, warm home. One of the highlights was the hot air balloon ride. The owner kindly helped us book a sunrise flight with Brothers Hot Air Balloon at a great price, and it was an amazing experience! Floating above the stunning Cappadocia landscape was like a dream come true. I really wished I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more of their wonderful hospitality. The staff was so friendly and helpful—they made us feel right at home. If I ever visit Cappadocia again (and I definitely hope I do!), Walnut House will be my go-to spot. Everything was perfect! The staff is very very nice and can help you with everything. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel is located in 5 min walk to Uchisar castle and is close to the Pigeon valley. The room and bathroom both very clean and comfortable. There's a kettle in the room so you can always have coffee or tea. Also there's a pretty terrace

Everything was wonderful. Nazlim (the host) was so helpful, informative, kind and generous with her time. She gave us great tips on what to see, where to eat and how to get around. Nazlim makes an incredible breakfast, and creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. This was an the ideal place to stay, the room itself was kept a cosy temperature and a dream to come back to after a day of walking, it had everything we needed (it was spacious and peaceful) and had beautiful features (original wooden cupboards, board games and all the kitchenware you would require to cook). I thoroughly recommend this haven in Avanos, some wonderful memories were made here. :) I hope to return.
