The staff at this hotel are amazing. Riza who owns the hotel provides invaluable information on how to tour the region freely (great if you have a hire car). The food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic, healthy home cooked food with an elevated presentation style. Fantastic breakfast too, classic Turkish spread. Very clean room, the ground floor rooms are restored stone arched bedrooms and have a beautiful mini hamam bathroom. The perfect place for a comfortable stay with an ideal restaurant facility for evening meals.

Cappanar cave hotel was really good. It looked and felt exactly as shown in the pics. Living in this cave hotel gave us the vibe of living in a different era. Please be mindful that it's not situated in the city centre of Goreme, but a good 20 mins drive from there - a place called Nar. But the drive is worth it. The owner was very helpful. He arranged a car for us from/to Goreme bus station for pick up and drop off. He also helped us sort out the hot air balloon tickets. We booked the red tour with his help, but no offense to him, the guide was pathetic, and we had a very bad experience with the guide. Please make sure that you are not booking that guide for any of your customers. The food, prepared right in front of us, was amazing and the best we had in Turkey. We would definitely recommend this place to those who want an authentic Cappadocia experience.

Everything was perfect. Cozy hotel in the heart of Goreme , which is the best place for stay in Cappadocia. Location is perfect - 3 min walking from the center. At the same time in a quiet place. Large rooms and baths. Nice view from the top. Very nice roof top premises with city view. Very polite staff, especially at reception. I highly recommend the hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us to order a balloon flight in terms of booking difficulties caused by weather conditions on the previous days which was the reason for canceling flights. The breakfast and other services were also pretty nice.
