This hostel is exceptionally clean and tidy; I had a comfortable night. The location is especially good, right outside the east gate of the ancient city, and I can enter the ancient city in less than a minute. The hostel owner warmly welcomed me, and the breakfast the next morning was also very satisfying. The route from the hotel to the train station is almost a straight line, and it takes just over 10 minutes to walk.

Very close to downtown. The owners are very kind. We couldn’t have breakfast one day and they prepared a meal pack to take away. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Khiva. Best Quality-price ratio. We were a group of people and we could select the size of rooms for the same price.

The location was great, inside Itchan Kala but in an area not so crowded. The house was beautiful and spacious. The room was clean and fully equipped with AC, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The family was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

This kind Khiva family opens their home to you, allowing you to get a better local experience than a hotel ever could. While we did not speak the languages of the other, we were well able to communicate with the help of translators and general kindness. Besides breakfast which each morning had different treats to offer, I ate every dinner here. I very much enjoyed the home cooked meals. The spacious guest rooms are brand new, very clean, and well taken care of. Internet worked well. The guesthouse is one or two rows in the back from the main walkway, making it a quiet and yet central location. Their son reliably drove me to the airport in Urgench for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this home stay.

This family hotel offers you private rooms at the price of a bed in a hostel. Located just a couple hundred meters outside the fortress. A decent breakfast is included in the price and served at a requested time. You can also order other meals or ask for a gratis pot of tea. Guests' questions are mostly addressed by the owner who speaks Russian and his daughter who speaks decent English. Although it is a family house, the rooms are detached from the family in a way to respect the privacy of the guests. The rooms themselves are probably better then they look at the pics, at the level of a 3-star hotel. They are far from cheap, look fresh, have decent space and high ceilings, A/C, bed lighting, a set of towels, quality mattresses and bed linen, clean carpet, wardrobe, comfy chair, bedside tables and fancy curtains, hair-dryer and washing accessories at the private bathrooms. Really not bad at this price!!

Everything was perfect, good room, great breakfast, good shower pressure and hot water, good wifi, very clean and neat, sheets changed on request, towels and toleteties provided, very courteous and humble family and a sweet little child... Loved my stay and will definitely stay here again of ever in Khiva... They also had a car for drop to the train station and charged me the same I paid for taxi when I got there. ...
