Very nice family guest house in Khiva. Situated inside the old city, walking distance from everything. The room was quiet, confortable and clean. The breakfast is Amazing, the mother prepares delicious samsa and mantis. They allowed us to use the kitchen. I would come back.

This hostel is exceptionally clean and tidy; I had a comfortable night. The location is especially good, right outside the east gate of the ancient city, and I can enter the ancient city in less than a minute. The hostel owner warmly welcomed me, and the breakfast the next morning was also very satisfying. The route from the hotel to the train station is almost a straight line, and it takes just over 10 minutes to walk.

Exceptional location aside, it's a lovely family-run place. Rooms are equipped with all one may need. Breakfast is tasty. If you choose to stay there, i’d recommend using a translator app as communication may be challenging. Otherwise, comes recommended.

Nice place to stay in Khiva! Ganijon and his family are very hospitable and helpful. Our best hotel through all the Uzbekistan trip. We've got all the care and attention, our daughter (2 years old) felt as she was at home: went here and there, watched chickens in the yard. The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city (inside the ancient fortress). Breakfasts are great and you also can order some traditional meals (delicious!) for dinner so there's no need to go outside for lunch. The prices will surprise you 😉 The hotel had organized transfer for us from airport of Urgench and to Khiva railway station. I wish this place prosperity and good luck. If I will be in Khorezm region again - this is the best place to stay.

The hotel is wonderful. I had a huge three-person room with private bathroom all to myself. The breakfast was delicious and so big I couldn't finish it. The WiFi is free and superb. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Old City and from mini-markets. I had arrived without enough Som to pay - no problem, pay this afternoon was the reply. I asked to leave my bag on the last day as I had a 16:00 train - again no problem. Cost - a ridiculous 176,000 Som/€14.20.

Room was nice, located in the old town Khiva, only 5 min walk from all attractions. Family who runs the place was nice and helpful. Breakfast wast good.
