Very nice and quiet guesthouse located perfectly within Itchan Kala (old city walls). Owner couple were easygoing and friendly. The wife was taking care of breakfast each morning. As a matter of fact we had the best breakfast across Uzbekistan in this place because of the variety of items available and each day there was something different served, so it wasn’t boring. Our room was neither small nor big, just enough. AC worked well. Washroom was nice and spacious.

Great little homestay, we booked three rooms for our group of friends and had the entire place to ourselves. Aslan was a good host and very helpful before we even arrived, he gave good advice about train ticket bookings and even offered to do it for us if we couldn't. He also arranged an excellent driver, Bahadır, to pick us up at the airport and then drive us to Bukhara. The rooms were comfortable and breakfasts, prepared by Aslan's mother, were a traditional culinary treat. This hotel is in a fabulous location inside the Ichan Qala and we would highly recommend it.

Very close to downtown. The owners are very kind. We couldn’t have breakfast one day and they prepared a meal pack to take away. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Khiva. Best Quality-price ratio. We were a group of people and we could select the size of rooms for the same price.

Big, clean, comfortable and warm room. Hot water in the shower. Excellent breakfast that changed every day. Located 20meters from one of Khiva Old City entrances. We loved it so much that we ended up staying 3 more nights. The family was really nice. We highly recommend it !

Very nice little family-run guest house. Perfect location. Very clean. Delicious breakfast, they even went out of their way to adjust it to our fussy children. Also the family had no problem welcoming us early in the morning as our train arrived early. Absolutely great experience.

Everything!! Hatice was amazing 👏, she spoke fluently english, and she was an amazing host. The room was clean, and the area was very quiet, perfect for sleeping. Ac and wifi worked great. I was 4 min walk from the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious and various every day. I extended my stay and stayed 5 days in total.
