Great service. The hotel owner and his family are responsive and lovely people who helped us with everything. We felt like we were visiting family and not just checking into a hotel. Very clean and modern room. Great location between Registan and Amir Temur Mausoleum, still very quiet area. Excellent friendly and caring staff. Best breakfast that we have had in Usbekistan. Beautiful rooftop terrace. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was very nice, clean and well-equipped, the hosts were really kind and flexible. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on two of our mornings here and they provided us food for take away in a box. The location is also great, Registan square - and supermarkets, restaurants, etc. - are only a 10 minute walk away.

This is a very cozy mini-hotel in 15-minute walk from Registan Square. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, fast Internet, breakfast, and service. Very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, it didn’t feel like you were in a hotel, more like you lived in a fancy house! Breakfast is served in the kitchen, which again makes you feel at home, very well cared for! You can reach Amir Timur’s Mausoleum within a 3 minute walk, so perfectly located! Our rooms had a nice view of the Registan square, which was very special too! I live in Uzbekistan and have been to dozens of different guest houses in Samarkand, and this was for sure the best!!!

Very good apartman, close to the Registran. Everybody was very nice. The breakfast is good as well. Very clean. Everything was perfect.
