The staff was great, extremely helpful and kind! Room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice little balcony. We could use rooftop to enjoy our evenings. Whole object was nice and clean, made with style. There was a coffee and tea machine at the lobby which we could use and also a fridge where every room had its own space. We also could use free bikes to have nice afternoon ride. Perfect stay, we wish we could be there longer. We also went on a boat trip (there were 3 options to choose from), which was just amazing, our guide was really lovely! It was added to the bill which we payed on check-out, it was really convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

Exploring the floating market and wonderful local non-touristy spots makes the stay with Jess and her family xtra special. She streamlines her tours with hand picked guides and locals to enlighten us foreigners. Just arrive. Anything else that might have you worried from sim card to bus tickets or queries re the area will be taken care of in a clean, functional homestay. Laundry facilities, fridge freezer that is working, fan and a/c in beautiful spacious room, basic kitchenette.
