The host, Anita, was very friendly and kind. I had a little difficulty in getting to the place because I carelessly missed the map she sent. However, she kindly came to pick me up in the town, and very helpful to arrange the reservation for whale watching boat. The house is located in a calm residential neighborhood, and the room was spacious, neat and clean. The breakfast was perfect and tasty. The cat, Milky, can be a best friend if you are a cat lover. If I’ll visit Hermanus again, I’m sure to stay here.

Spectacular. There is no other word. We travel a lot, but once in a while, an accommodation manages to exceed all expectations. This one did. The lovely furnished room, the bed with view of the ocean, and even of whales. The very, very decadent breakfast. The little personal touches like a small toiletry bag. The staff, the bar.. It feels like home away from home, but a thousand times more luxurious. A true treat!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Glow and we must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hosts and the staff are super nice. They are very helpful and have many tips on what to do, where to go etc. The apartment is unbelievably beautiful and created with so many details. The view over Hermanus, the bay and the ocean is amazing. You find everything you need. We loved the prepared fire place (as it was still quite cold) and I was a huge fan of the heating blanket in the bed. The breakfast is delicious and a perfect start for the day.

We really enjoyed the stay at Penguino Guesthouse! The room was nice and clean, the owners were very kind, friendly and helpful. But the best was the breakfast, which was freshly cooked and so good! It also no problem to leave the car and luggage after check out. Just great! we would highly recommend this place!
