Beautifully furnished large apartment with a small terrace high above the ground, in a classy quiet area. Phil greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage and picked fresh passion fruit from his garden for us. Lots of tips about the area, restaurants, and everything we wanted to know. We were completely happy with this choice, thank you. Will definitely return when in SA.

The guest house is a somewhat boutique style guest house, with a nice rustic feel and South African themed. It is a small quiet area, but one gets to know the people, also meet other guests and get to know real people from South Africa. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but also central and within driving distance from connecting routes to get to Cape Town, beach areas and wine districts. Turning of from the mainroad the entrance is already beautiful then once you enter via a gate the property, the garden is so nice and well maintained. Then you see the building, simply gorgeous, inside and out. The staff very friendly welcome. The pool area, breakfast, the 2 managers, Luke and Leon interacting with the guests it all made us feel special!

Great and beautiful location in the heart of Somerset West. The hosts are extremely welcoming and you feel like you have not left home. The accommodation is superb. The beds feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My suit has a fully equipped kitchen, surprised by a supplied air fryer. My bathroom shower is wonderful with good pressure and plenty of hot water. My bedroom has a beautiful display of elephants and a welcoming little lounge that gets lots of sun not to mention a beautiful view of the garden. My suit also comes with a private verandah and my own sun lounges. The wifi has never let me down even during load shedding. I was also provided with a lovely standby light, for during load shedding. When my little grandson came to visit, we had a lovely time at the pool, under beautiful umbrellas and lounges. Swimming towels are included with a swimming gown to wear. I have to say, that whenever I see the pool, it is crystal clear and super inviting. I will definitely come again and highly recommend Easy Five Guesthouse! The unit was serviced every day, I never felt like the staff was intruding. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I would also like to mention, that restaurants and shops are a short distance away. When you come, don't forget to visit Stellenbosch and surrounding wine farms, as they are exceptional value for money. Cape Town is a stones throw away, offering more beautiful beaches, botanical gardens and the every elusive Table Mountain. The Stellenbosch winery's offer fantastic tastings and superb picnic lunches on demand.

Met and welcomed with the biggest smiles by the friendliest people. Quick guide of switches, lights etc and then a one way street, only when I needed assistance, did I hear and see Carmel, very private indeed.
