They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They pay extreme attention room to details from instruction video about how to find the apartment to how to use the washing machine to everything else… they are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We just loved the attention to details and care they showed to their guest. A little touch like how they print their guest’s last name and place it on your apartment door. I thought that was such a nice gesture. You will love it here. Don’t wait to book it! We will book again.
