We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Really enjoyed skiing with my family. Everyone very friendly. A bar and drinks available to buy if required. Lovely walk into a friendly picturesque village. Local shop if required. Great location.
