I got our train times wrong and they saved the day and let us in 2 hours early thankfully.

Very cute apartment convenietly located in the nice part of Brussels, 20-25 min walking distance either to the centre or EU district, plenty of shops and restarurant around. Clean, comfy, quiet (there are only 2 apartments in the house for guests). Coffee/tea in the room, huge bathroom, nice breakfast if needed, and the last, but not least great host. Be aware of the steps though (for someone with mobility issues might be a challenge)

The Manneken Pis Statue is 180 metres from Bxlroom and Brussels-South Railway Station, featuring the Eurostar terminal, is just over a 20-minute walk away. The Magritte Museum is a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse. The host Edmund was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. He recommended attractions, spots, and restaurants for us to check out (which we did and they were all great!). There is a shared common area with coffee, tea, and snack options. Edmund had chocolate and tea advent calendars that we could open during the dates of our stay which was unique and thoughtful. Also, his cats were so cute! The location of the stay is amazing - 10/10. It was easily walking distance from food, main attractions, train station, etc. The room was also comfortable and a good size for two people. Thank you Edmund for a great stay. If I'm ever back in Brussels, I would rebook Guesthouse Bxlroom.

Very quiet area.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. The friendly pets were a bonus!
