One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Really convenient location not far from the entry of the national park and with very good restaurant near Wally House (recommended by Wally). Wally gave us really good advice to visit the park 👌🏽🙏🏼

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. Beautiful and convenient little town next to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We enjoyed the local cuisine at this hotel as well as at the restaurant next door. The hosts were so helpful and kind: booked our park tickets for us, shuttled us to the park, and gave us a little gift when checking out.
