The fruit garden is rich and diverse and the owner is passionate about sharing knowledge about it. The communal kitchen is very well equipped.The bathroom facilities are shaped in beautiful wood and stone material. The bedrooms are equally beautiful and clean. There is a large platform where you can do yoga or relax as well as a lush river just behind the house to bath in. The owners and their three friendly dogs make you feel at home that you don’t want to leave.

At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Excellent, attentive host; the place is a heaven for nature lovers - located near the Corcovado NP with park trails nearby. The property is well-maintained, clean, the gardens are amazing and full of birds. We stayed in a two-bedroom cabin: the bedroom with queen bed is air-conditioned, the second bedroom is not, but it was not too hot (end of December). Wifi works everywhere. Fully-equipped kitchen. Amazing value for money!

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. The host is a guide, and we saw everything thanks to his eagle eyes!

The location was great, right in town and walkable to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The history of the place is amazing: a gold rush time village bar, that used to have also a brothel and jail (now restroom and shower). Suzanne has created a very cozy place with a wide common area and different sorts of accommodations. It was fun talking and sharing experiences with her aswell as other visitors. The place has a nice wibe and Blue Morpho butterflies flying in the yard. We went on Matapalo and night tours with Shanny - they were both a great experience.
