For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

The Appartment was clean and had a big balcony. The host was really accommodating and made the holiday much more comfortable, showing us around on our first day, giving us ideas of what to do, organising the activities and even driving us around if he had the time. Would recommend 10/10

L’établissement New Rooftop Gem with stunning Oceanview se trouve à Santa Maria, à quelques pas de ce lieu d’intérêt : Praia António Sousa. Très jolie chambre moderne avec une belle salle de bain. Accueil implacable. Vue magnifique et très bien situé, juste assez loin du centre pour ne pas en avoir les désagréments et suffisamment près pour aller à pied aux plages ou aux restaurants. Un excellent séjour merci !

Situé à Santa Maria, l’établissement Surfactivity Guest House possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un jardin, un salon commun et une terrasse. We booked a single room apartment. It was quite big and well equipped. The overall house is also nice and in a quiet area of Santa Maria, around 15mins walking from the center. There are a few restaurants and markets also quite close. The owners are very kind and provided us with some useful tips related to Sal! Very appreciated!
