L’établissement Nifa House se situe à Espargos, à 2 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Monte Curral. For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

This level of attention and care made our stay truly special. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the immaculate cleanliness. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet and well-served, perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in the island’s beauty. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Cape Verde. Here, you’ll find not just a place to sleep but a true experience of hospitality. We will definitely be back! A well-deserved 5 stars!

It was quite big and well equipped. The overall house is also nice and in a quiet area of Santa Maria, around 15mins walking from the center. There are a few restaurants and markets also quite close. The owners are very kind and provided us with some useful tips related to Sal! Very appreciated!
