She actually accommodated us! She sent us the menu over WhatsApp and we chose our meals. The food blew us away. For my main, I had requested a salad with warm goat cheese, and my husband ordered a bouillabaisse. My salad was INCREDIBLE. The owners also run their own restaurant, and they are fantastic. They grow vegetables themselves for the salad and other meals. It was one of the best meals I had in a long time. And the chef came to have a wee chat as well and explained to me how the salad was made. I will attempt to replicate it! We slept in the next morning, as we were completely exhausted by our long flights. I WhatsApped the owner in the morning to let her know that we would not be having breakfast as we were sleeping in. We finally made it out by 10:45...and found a scrumptious breakfast waiting for us. FYI, the breakfast officially ends at 10 am there. But she just prepared everything for us anyway. There was no rush to check out. The vibe was very chilled out and calm. About the room- The bed was super comfy, there is an AC, the shower and bathroom are separate and spacious. The wifi worked very well. The shower pressure was decent as well. And, there was a spacious balcony attached to the room. It's a family-run business which is very professional. It was a really great stay, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

All the amenity products were really great quality artisan products with great scent. The breakfast was... oh my god! very fresh and delicious bakery products with fresh orange juice, coffee of our choice. The quantity and quality were also very high! I also recommend the pizza place nearby. The hosts are very friendly, and offering a variety of suggested restaurants, and artisan product companies all around the island just check the info booklet provided in the room.

Easy to find & easy parking. Helpful friendly staff. Very good restaurant with tasty local selections. This was one our best hotels stays around Corsica. Also loved the small town neighborhood. Good wifi. Spar is a short walk away.
