We booked and turned up five minutes later, and everything was ready for us. Beautifully clean room with exceptional attention to detail - complimentary Welsh crisps and shortbread biscuits, a coffee machine, and two bath robes. Lovely toiletries, too. It's a fantastic (and large) room for a great price - better than most hotels we have stayed in. Great dimmable lighting, too. A very relaxing stay. Thanks so much, Peter and Landon.
