The host is VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich, and served with love! We got super great recommendations for places, restaurants, and all was simply perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will sure get back again!

Boasting mountain views, Old district features accommodation with balcony, around 47 km from Republican Spartak Stadium. This guest house provides a garden. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The host was so warm and friendly. Me and my husband got the terrace room and it was beautiful. Host also prepared hot homemade breakfast for us.. delicious khinkalis and Kachapuris. We will definitely come agin with family. Its a perfect place if you are big group and want to enjoy the peace and privacy. To top it up you get cappuccino which is not very common in Georgia. Also it has 180 degree views of the mountains.

At the guest house, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. So nice and quiet with great views of snow capped mountains. The owner Lela is such a sweet and welcoming lady. And the cats are lovely. This is definitely our best experience in Georgia.

Great location, the owners were incredibly kind and caring, and the bed is so comfortable! It was a chilly weekend when I was visiting Kazbegi, and they provided me with an electric space heater in the room which was super helpful when I came back from hiking soaking wet and needed to dry my shoes! Would absolutely stay here again!
