Paparisa homestay was amazing! Rio and his Team are taking really good care that everyone has a lovely stay and help where they can to arrange transportation or daytrips or diving. The bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. We even had our own bathroom which is definitely a luxury on the island! Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the island life. The Food was also very good and there was also lots of variety, even though I am vegetarian :) Definitely one of the best places to stay in raja ampat!

The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

Solo traveler, wanting to discover Raja Ampat, and I am so glad I discovered Gam Bay bungalows, from Pre Covid times. Secluded. Stunning Nature. Water at the edge of your door. The quiet was remarkable, to be able to sit back and listen to the birds, the sounds of Raja Ampat, and in particular, Gam. A paradise lost, and a Heaven found. T The food that had taste of love, really we travel a lot and never saw a home made food SO great. The crew took us to the best dive spots we have ever been with security and the diver was super dedicated to give us good experience. Ramdhan helped us with everything we needed and more. We never wanted to live. Finally we will miss our cat friends Puri, Puti and the others. Good location, private bathroom, excelent bed, great food, nothing to worry but enjoy. Amazing snorkeling roght in front of the resort full of fish and colorfuk corals.

Manager Sisi (i dont know how to spell her name) was absolutely perfect - she speaks english very good, so it makes everything easier. Thanks to her I had all infomation I needed before the trip. Accomodation is good, it is simple bungalow but you dont need anything “more fancy” if you going to Raja Ampat. Food was absolutely delicious - I was worried that maybe there won’t be enough food for all the guests and we will be hungry, but it was so far from the truth. We had 3 very tasty meals, fruit ans whole day there were also cookies, bread and spreads, bananas. So you wont be hungry here for sure. House reef is also very nice. We did one trip to Sauwandarek village which I totally recommend. Everything went smooth including our transfer and I can only recommend to stay here.

The guest house has a steam room, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. It was absolutely great! The family was amazing! They were so kind, nice and helpful. Vence, Oscar, Rio and all the rest did their best to make us comfortable. It is a veey peaceful island. The beach front bungalows were basic (Raja Ampat style homestay) but very comfortable and clean. The view from the bungalows was amazing, also wonderful sunset. The shared bathroom and toilet was always clean. Family always keep the homestay very clean. The food was great. We had different varieties and even snacks in the afternoon. They always put hot water for our tea and coffee all day. Vence speaks pretty good English and he helped us a lot for our tours. We picked here since it is closer to Wayag so we did Wayag tour with them and it was amazing! We also did snorkel tours where we saw manta too :) We absolutely recommend here to stay to go to Wayag (it takes 2 hours to go there from here).
