Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.
