Firstly, we sat inside in comfort and secondly, we enjoyed delicious croissants, toasted panini made from an amazing bread, cappuccino and orange juice. Alessia and her staff made us very welcome. The room itself was fully renovated, very modern Decor, lovely bathroom products and in old town. We loved gazing from the balcony towards the busy piazza that led to Station, which by the way was the easiest walk ever. Close to vibrant nightlife and beach. Thankyou Alessia. I have full confidence in recommending.

Great room, good facilities! A clean bathroom, a little 'kitchen' with an extra sink, a little fridge, an electric kettle and coffeemachine. Location was in the citycentre close to the beach. Parking was difficult in the citycentre, but the host sent us a nice parkingspot about 10 minutes walking from the B&B which was not to expensive. Other communication with the host was also good. Had a great stay here!

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

I’m admittedly fussy about lighting and LOVED the warm soft lighting fixtures throughout the space - definitely no cold harsh LED lighting here which is so common in rental apartments. Additional things we liked - everything was very clean - fridge (with freezer cabinet) filled with a variety of treats - very comfortable bed and sheets - reliable wifi and TV with Netflix, etc - quickly effective A/C which was crucial during the heat wave - great water pressure and hot water - communicative host - we had the ground floor apartment which made getting luggage in and out very easy, we weren’t affected by street noise at all as it’s a dead end street and very quiet - location was perfect, all the restaurants were walkable - beautiful book put together by the host with recommendations of activities, beaches and restaurants with clear descriptions
