Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). The accommodation was clean, beautiful and easy to find. The tatami room is so comfortable and the garden view was stunning. We really enjoy our stay, and will definitely go again!

He picked us up from the port and even picked us up from another port in the night time (we survived from the most adventurous journey - thankful to Koji!). The price of ramen and washing pods are the same price in the convenience store and may be cheaper. E-bikes are also provided with the cheap rate (1000 yen/day).

This was a beautiful room, very attractive design, spacious and in a perfect area for touring Kurashiki. It is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculate. Check in was easy. Good communication with hosts, and restaurant recommendations, which was helpful. It’s not a hotel per se, and so no meals included but they provided a basket of fruit and baked goods daily and coffee, so that was perfect for breakfast. It was all we needed. The seating area has a good view over the canal so you could not be better situated.

It is near to Conan street with a bit of walking, i am able to reach the attractions. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They adviced me to many places and the route i should take to be able to visit all of the attractions.

Great staff who served us a delicious breakfast which was included.
