The toilet might be abit small but overall is really very nice and cozy, the guesthouse 7~10min walk is nippori station. Easy to travel from airport too. Really love it, will be back again if visit Tokyo

The house is so clean and lovely we really felt the Japanese urban home vibes during our stay. Ghe owner is also very kind and very accomodating, always ready to attend our needs. Would rate this a 12/10 if I could. The place has been nicely renovated but still has much of the old charm. The colours used make it modern, vibrant and inviting. Our host was kind and welcoming. And the place offered anything we needed and more (Oshima island is lovely!). The town is easily accessible via public transport and the place is a short 5-7min upward walk away from the busstop of habu port. Apparently the place next door sells oshima brewed ipa's but there were out during our visit.
