Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

Coconut Village Guesthouse and Bungalow has a garden, terrace, a bar and barbecue facilities in Kep. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We spend only 2 nights here, but it’s feel just like home. The guesthouse is located not far from pepper farms, and many others attractions. The room either fan room or bungalow are both really nice, clean, everything you need. You can’t ask for more. The guesthouse surrounding is so beautiful, mango trees everywhere, flowers… lots of tanks with fish, and at the back a little lake with a kitchen for the one who stay bungalow. Attached to the guesthouse you will find a restaurant & bar which served amazing French & khmer food. The owner are very friendly and helpful and make you really this home feeling. Also the owner of the guesthouse who make sure everything is okay and he is really careful. It’s such a lovely welcoming and atmosphere along the stay. We are coming back after our short trip to Vietnam and I am already so impatient.

There was a kettle and a free bottle of water too. Great location with the sound of the forest at night. There are free bicycles to use around Kep, which was excellent to get to the crab market and to the ferry for Rabbit Island. The owners are very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

A balcony with sea view, a cable flat-screen TV and air conditioning are provided in some units. Fantastic property backing onto the National Park. The wooden bungalow is charming. No bathroom or shower for these but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for the 3 huts so not congested. Other bungalows are all en suite. Pool is stunning. Great lighting in the bungalow which is much appreciated. Lionel the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and can arrange anything. About 10 minutes to the Crab market and restaurants but recommend a scooter so you can really get out and about.
