Very clean, secure and comfortable room. Great price. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown and night markets. A/C works great. Just off the main road. Laundry service was quick, cheap and good. Great value! I ended up staying an extra 2 days.

Very friendly and helpful personal who helped organise guided tour to the temples including booking tuktuk to and fro. The guide Bandol (sorry for the spelling) was really great and so were the tuktuk - and taxi-drivers. About expectations: please bear in mind that this is a guesthouse and not a 4-star-hotel (no elevator etc).

The day we arrived what a welcome they had! Its heartwarming and feeling so friendly. The hotel is new and they do their best to host you feel like you are in your home. I can highly recommend to stay here and give a chance!!!

Situé à Siem Reap, l’établissement VILLA Siem Reap - eco & local propose un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et des hébergements réservés aux adultes. The owner, his family, and staff were all so so lovely and welcoming, we got a tour on arrival thoroughly explaining the facilities and details of the villa. Lots of places to relax outside on the balcony, very comfortable beds, lots of storage in the room, shower was very nice with different settings to choose from. The centre was about a 30minute walk away but there is the option to rent a bike. Filtered water was accessible 24/7 and laundry was available to do yourself at any time included in the price. Lots of curtains ensured privacy but with the choice to have lots of natural light if you wished. Overall for the price this was an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend

The location was close to the river and town, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with outside space to relax and eat breakfast! The breakfasts were wonderful and fresh daily water was provided in addition. A great stay, safe, friendly and comfortable! Can't wait to return, highly recommended for all travellers visiting Siem Reap!
