I have travelled a lot in SE Asia and had a lot of issues in other hotels with curtains that don't block light from outside at all, making it impossible to sleep past sunrise, which is exhausting. Not here - the room was dark with the curtains closed, comfortable and I slept very well. - Xavier is extremely helpful and was able to assist me with everything from day trips (Wat Phou) to airport transfer, arranging a driver, even when I had to go Western Union. - Breakfast isn't included but I had coffee every day - the price is reasonable, coffee is good quality and it's very pleasant to sit in front of the hotel in the morning as it's peaceful with lots of plants. - Highly recommend this place.

She arranged an afternoon tour of nearby waterfalls and then a visit the next day to Vat Phou with a trip to Wat Phao Salao (climb up the 630 steps) on the way back. The food was delicious and filling. It was so easy to relax here. Highly recommend staying here. It is away from the center, but getting a tuktuk back and forth isn't a problem.

Beautiful house directly at the river front. Cute balconies with hammocks, seperated from each other with wodden gitters to not restrict the view. Super clean. Very friendly owner. She arranged both of our transfers and everything went perfectly. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the city centre but quiet for the evenings.
