Located in Udawalawe, NATURE HOUSE offers rustic accommodation with free WiFi access available at all areas. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fitted with a spacious private terrace. Free transport to the elephant transit home is provided. Lovely place run by a family. Room was big and great value for money. They had good food and humungous servings, and they were able to arrange everything that I needed (safari, transport to and from Udawalawe). Would recommend this place to everyone - don't even look elsewhere!

The cottages are beautiful, so comfortable, from the huge bed, to the super clean bathroom and the terrace invites you to sit and relax in the middle of the most beautiful garden. The owner greeted us with a welcome drink and even organised milk for our baby late at night when we arrived. It looks amazing in the pictures and even better in real! Best accommodation we had during our trip in Sri Lanka! This place deserves the best rating ever!

EdenHaven cottage is most definitely a garden of Eden and a Haven from the rat race. the cottages are both modern and traditional with striking little artisan touches. the shower room is beautifully appointed. the outdoor private veranda was most relaxing, the lighting, natural teak wood floors and furniture are all the inspiration and imagination of a most hospitable and charming young man Anju. he couldn’t have arranged and done more for my husband and I. our breakfast, evening meals were varied, tasty and juicy. waking up to and settling into the evenings were harmonious, the garden produced the sounds of nature that send you to sleep and invite a new day. i can’t say enough about this open , warm, genuine family hospitality. i didn’t want you to leave. last but not least. my husband, Anju and his safari colleague Lasindu arranged to have my 61st birthday breakfast within the safari on top of a plateau overlooking the national park. cake , presents and a wonderful rendition of happy birthday could be heard by the whole national park… tearful and most privileged to have such attention to genuine detail. Anju and Lasindu and ian of course. thank you from the bottom of my heart for one of thee most memorable experiences.

The location was easy to access, Dimu, the owner (who, btw, is super friendly and helpful) greeted us with some Kind Coconut Milk and prepared us the most delicious dinner and breakfast. The room we stayed in was clean, with no mold at all and well ventilated which made our stay there exceedingly pleasant. Besides that, Dimu helped us to organise the Safari Trip to Udawalawe National Park. The Safari driver advised us to not take a tour guide as he knew absolutely everything about the animals & birds that populate the area. This way we saved some money and had some great time. Therefore, we would definitely recommend the place to our friends and to everyone who’s reading this.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. everything wifi 10/10 accommodation 10/10 value for money 10/10 personal of property super nice and helpful food specially breakfast was amazing recommend this to do the safaris and activities with the property and do more than 1 nigth :) property super quiet and peaceful with monkeys in the backyard. very close to national park my safari with them was super !!! I hope I can visit again

Located 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, Mango Tree House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We loved the quiet location and that it is family run. The room is so lovely, clean and comfortable. Mango Tree House organized two unforgettable safari trips. On the full day of safari a lovely breakfast and lunch were packed up for us. Owners are so kind and helpful. Also, the food is the best food we’ve had this whole trip! Incredible vegetarian Sri Lankan food- we are worried we will never find curry that tastes as good again!

The guest house features family rooms. Very nice, smiling lady, who made a wonderful dinner and breakfast for us. Already because of the food it is worth of staying here :-)

Very helpful owner and staff, helped us arrange transportation. The place has only 3 houses - great for kids.
