This property is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners and their lovely staff members are friendly, attentive, helpful, and efficient in their roles. We had an air-conditioned double ground floor room with two large windows and a good-sized ensuite, plus nice towels and sheets. A large indoor common area has a fridge we could use, and a very good breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, with ocean views. Local ceramics placed around give it a personal feel. The taps and drains work, windows and drawers slide, the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot inside and out. The many pot plants are watered and healthy. It's a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Well-equipped kitchen and a pretty garden for sitting outside. In a safe, quiet area close to the Medina and a quick cab ride to the city center. The family who owns it are very kind and helpful. Stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom. There’s a coffee shop, gelato, and a good casual restaurant, and two small markets less than five minutes away if you need something last minute. Glovo also delivers here. I travel through Tetouan often, so this will be my go-to when I need a place to stay.

Excellent accueil, très chaleureux, de Youness et de sa fille. Youness est très arrangeant. Le logement est calme et idéalement situé. L'endroit est très propre. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. En sortant à gauche et en descendant la rue, il y a une excellente boulangerie-pâtisserie, chez Ben pour le pdj. Je recommande le logement, vraiment chouette !

L'établissement Tarbi'aat Tetaoun 44, 17th century heritage se situe à Tetouan. Un très beau riad, avec un accueil simple et chaleureux de Miriam. Des chambres spacieuses, avec salle de bain commune. Tout est très propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Une très bonne visite guidée de la medina, grâce à Yasser. Je reviendrai.

Loved my stay at this traditional Moroccan beach house. Everything was authentic and natural. The lady at the reception and staff were so friendly and kind — I felt truly welcome.
