Great restaurant with scenic setting and great service. You should not search for a better restaurant as this is the best you will get. If you like tranquility and nature this is the place to book. Located out the center of Bocas town, close to Bluff beach. We had the pleasure to find 3 sloths in the garden and different strawberry poison frogs. Clean rooms, specious terrace more you can dream for this price. They even offer laundry service while you are away for the day.

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Offrant une vue sur la mer, l'établissement La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm est situé à Isla Bastimentos, à 10 km de la ville de Bocas. Quel merveilleux endroit, quelle expérience. Un personnel au petit soin pour vous chouchouter. Des repas succulents. Une attention particulière pour les intolérances avec un repas toujours adapté et pas seulement diminué. Literie très confortable. Une rencontre avec la nature et tous les animaux qui peuplent cette forêt.

L’établissement Casa Acuario Boutique Hotel se trouve à Bocas del Toro, à quelques pas de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Carenero. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail . Énormément de charme , le personnel local est très discret et le gérant très sympa, l accueil est personnalisé Literie top , nous avions une chambre( très grande ) en bas avec une vue époustouflante. 3 petites choses sont à déplorer mais rien de grave et non forcément imputable à l établissement : le bruit des bateaux , la clientèle n est pas toujours très respectueuse du calme et les petits déjeuners sont relativement onéreux .

This lovely place is located on the island of Bastimentos, less than 15 minutes away from the main island by speed boat. It has great views of the ocean from any of the cabinas! I had the best view from my private cabina with a private bathroom. I loved the abundance of fruit trees available (starfruit, banana 🍌, coconut 🥥). My cabina was spacious, and I love having windows 🪟; there were 3 in my cabina, and one was over the bed that opened completely to the freshness of nature. Simon is very nice and welcoming. He helped me tremendously when I needed a little cash until I got back to the mainland. He was attentive to other requested needs of fixing the plumbing and cleaning the kitchen when I suggested it. Simon suggested I visit Playa Estrella by bus, which was very affordable ($5 round trip). It was a lovely day spent there, and I saw 6 starfish. I ate the best meal of the five nights I spent in Bocas - the best red snapper of my life, and I could actually taste the coconut milk in the Caribbean rice & beans with a nice fresh salad 😋 from the first restaurant after you exit the bus 🚌. I love Florindo, the maintenance guy! He was very helpful to me with whatever I needed. If you see a Jamaican lady (Chi-chi) selling Plantain tarte from her porch, you should try some. She's kept her grandmother's original recipe, and it's been the best I've ever eaten. She only makes them a couple of times a week, so get it when you see her. Also, there's an Indian woman who you may find sitting at the bridge near the Jamaican's home selling coco bread; it is also delicious 😋. I wished I'd bought the entire pack.
