Only downsides are noise from mosque and from cicadas (mosque loudspeaker is actually relatively low volume for a typical mosque, and I usually slept through 530am prayer call without earplugs…the cicada noise is insane at certain times of day and is a spectacle to behold…being earplugs for them if you plan to spent time on patio).

The property was built in 2019 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The guest house features an infinity pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The manager was really nice. Forgot his name, but an example for a lot of hotels. Manners and values were spot on!

All units will provide guests with a fridge. We spent 5 nights as a couple at Lanta Par Hut and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. The place is ideally located, far from the noise in a peaceful neighbourhood but still only 10 minutes away from the best beaches in Koh Lanta. The bungalows are very confortable and well equipped (air conditioning, towels, comfortable bed, little terrasse, fridge, wifi,…) the biggest plus of this place is definitely the kindness of Red and his wife, the owners. They are very welcoming and can help on many aspects: scooter rental, organising bus transport to your next destination, activities, laundry,… The restaurant is amazing with lots of delicious food options! The air-conditioned guest house consists of 1 separate bedroom, 6 bathrooms with free toiletries, a seating area, and a living room. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is available. The property offers garden views. The most pleasant, modern looking accomodation, clean, spotless , comfy bed. Mr Yim very friendly helpful and makes sure that all his guests are taken care of. He was there to welcome me and made sure that I was settling in okay, showed me where to find shops and restaurants around the area, he even drove me to Old town at a reasonable fee and waited for me to shop around. He bought us treats for breakfast when I opened the door in the morning there were outside my room. I felt very special . I highly recommend this place. There's free coffee in the rooms, free water. Good value for money as well. It is close to the beach, in a quiet area. I will return when I visit Thailand again.

A minute to walk to the beach, 7-eleven and a bunch of restaurants at the top of the road, out of the way of the bar areas but still got everything you need
