There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The property is conveniently located not far from the sea. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of amenities as well as a microwave and a fridge. I could park my rental car on the premises. Great stay!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rivergate Guest Farm is a recently renovated guest house located in Stanford, 19 km from Vogelgat Nature Reserve. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. Mitchell came to our unit and offered to take us with our grandchildren to see the farm in the back of his bakkie. The boys walked with the chickens, picked out eggs, checked the vege garden, drove a tractor and were generally spoilt - Mitchell was their hero. We walked with the Al Paco's, the geese and even visited the goat house, We had sundowners on the deck, made a beautiful hot tub and experienced their amazing "Eathouse" meals. The Breakfast basket was exceptional.
