Having the chance to try the traditional food, and even more learning how to prepare it with them. Also, to know the school, the teachers and especially the kids, mostly by getting to play football, tic-tac-toe, flying kites with the kids, and if you are really lucky they will teach you a couple of hand games. Communication with Alex was easy and he was very organized and flexible with arranging transport and activities, even with a short notice. We did the game drive, canoeing in the Zambezi river and village tour. All were great!!
