The staff were exceptional. Our welcome at check-in by Ramzy was warm, helpful and comforting as our travels had been stressful. The beds were excellent, the room felt fresh. Everything was great . I would like to mention Chahg, who in a minimum of time found the outfit for the gala evening, which we forgot at home. He simply saved us that evening. For this purpose it was necessary to call different shops and hotels in Vienna with a certain persistence as before the beginning of the celebration there was one hour left and the matter was in the evening, which finally gave the result.
