It was a great location for the family event I was attending. The room was pretty clean and the front staff were friendly. I liked that there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The hotel was great, and had a perfect location. It was close to Central Park and we could walk around many other great spots in Manhattan. Staff was really friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. We loved staying there!

We loved all the amenities and the daily housekeeping. All staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The daily access to the executive lounge, as well as separate elevators for levels- this made it much easier to enter and leave our floor each day.

Everything was awesome. Employees were always smiling and helpfull, the bar and restaurant on site were great, room was comfy and clean. Some people might say that it's just for sleeping, but the experience I had really made a difference during my vacation. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone who wants to go to New York.
