Maria was an amazing host to deal with she communicated everything really quickly and effectively.

Campsite is very quiet which was perfect for us but may just have been the time of year so maybe busier in summer holidays. Chalet was very roomy. There were only 3 of us so was perfect. It may be a little cramped with seating if fully booked with 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. There were a couple of games on the shelves plus a jigsaw. Clothes horse in the cupboard which was handy to dry the towels. We took our own bed linen & towels. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Bruges was a short train journey from Heist station and the car parking was only 20c!

Good sized apartment which was well-equipped, clean, and in a good location. Check in and out was very easy, and parking was convenient and free. We travelled with a dog, who loved the terrace and greeting the neighbours. The host was available quickly to answer our questions. We would definitely stay again.

All units include a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Exceeded my expectations. We travelled around Belgium for a week and this was the best hotel on our trip. Massive room with 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen perfect for a family, and only cost £80.
