I had a really pleasant stay here. The room is budget-friendly but still offers comfort and cleanliness. The best part is the location – everything is nearby! There are so many restaurants, shops, and cafés just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the area without needing transport. The staff was polite and helpful, the check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere felt safe. For the price, this place is definitely a great value. If you are looking for an affordable stay with an excellent location and plenty of food options around, I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing—just a short walk from the metro. The hospitality was truly exceptional; I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Had a great stay at Next'Living! The place has a really nice vibe—modern, clean, and super comfortable. It’s easy to meet people here, whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a social place to stay. The Wi-Fi was solid, the rooms were well-designed, and the whole setup made it feel like home. One of the best parts for me was the cinema room with the massage chair—such a cool addition and the perfect way to relax after a long day. For the price, it’s honestly a great deal considering everything you get. Also, shoutout to Faisal, the manager—super friendly and always there to help. He really made the stay even better! The location is also super convenient, with everything you need close by. If you’re looking for a co-living space in Dubai that balances work, community, and comfort, this is a great choice. Would definitely stay again!
