The location is unbeatable—tucked in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet just steps away from the old castle, the local market, and directly across from the historic house of the famous writer Ismail Kadare. Walking through the charming streets felt like stepping into a storybook. The villa itself is stunning—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with both modern comfort and traditional charm. We especially loved the balcony, where we enjoyed morning coffee with a view and quiet evenings under the stars. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—fresh, delicious, and made with local ingredients. It was the perfect start to every day and truly added to the experience. But what really made this stay unforgettable were the fantastic hosts. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like part of the family. This villa is perfect for anyone looking to relax, explore, and experience the authentic heart of the town. I can’t wait to return someday. Highly, highly recommended!

A 10 min walk from the castle. The hospitality was top notch! Mimosa made us feel at home. She even upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival. The view outside is nothing short of incredible. Very highly recommended.

The property was in a perfect location very close to the castle and the Bazaar. Our room was perfectly equipped and had a balcony with a great view of the town and the mountains. The host was so welcoming and friendly and served the most delicious breakfast for us during our stay. Would really recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Gjirokaster!

The place is located in the mountains, far away from the city so we enjoyed the nature a lot. The view is amazing, it looks as on the pictures. The room was new and clean. The internet connection was perfect so we could even work. We recommened to take a breakfast and a dinner at the villa because they include a salad, a main dish, a dessert and drinks. They were very tasty and we tried traditional, homemade food. We loved it a lot!!! The owners are amazing and open to answer all your questions about Albania and to recommend where to go. They took care of us and our needs all the time. We took a trip to the monastary with them and it was cool. We liked our staying at the villa a lot! It is very cozy and beautiful😍

We're so happy to be accommodated here. The view is amazing but what is really special is the hospitality of the hosts. The owners are very friendly and helpful, we had some amazing homemade marmalade and a little rakija for the cold weather. I wish we could stay longer and would come back. Thank you for the stay!

    Great location and lovely host family. Served Raki on arrival, nice size room, had shutters to completely block out the light which allowed me to have an afternoon nap. Family was so kind, they took us the bus stop, they knew more about the bus schedules than the local information centre, bought breakfast for us to take with us. Great location, beautiful view from the shared terrace, close to the action of the main old town & castle, but also quiet. I highly recommend and would stay again.
