What a warm welcome. We loved everything about our stay and this beautiful place. The hosts are such good hearted people and the view is amazing! Fresh and biological food. Everything was clean and the room had a lot of space. We would definitely recommend this place!

What an amazing place! Beautifully situated with great facilities, Vila Sofia was a perfect stay for a night, yet is well worth more! The hospitality from the owner and his team was/is unbelievable and made the experience even more memorable. Food is good and the rooms are clean and comfy. This is a definite oasis outside the touristy areas of Albania. The road is tricky, yet can be done with some clearance and slow driving so do not let it stop you. The best route is to approach it from the Tepelenë area and go through the village of Buz and follow the signs marked ‘Vila Sofia’. Most of the road is suitably tarred with the odd pothole and then closer to the Vila the road is gravel/dirt

Everything😁! The place is lovely and so are the family that runs the place. Everything was clean, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Amazing surrounding with a lot of green, mountain view, lake view. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to go back. A huge star to the chef 👨‍🍳 who cooks the most delicious meals. We were travelling by bicycle and they had space to secure the bikes overnight and made it easy for us arriving. It was all good. It was nice to stay at a family house in the mountains. The breakfast was ok. We bought 1 extra dinner from the property. The hosts are 2 old people (family). None of them speak English. But they try, they do their best. They use google translate and signs... In the end it works if you try. The house was perfectly clean. Everything was new and modern inside. It is a great place to stay!
