Came for one night and stayed two, mainly due to the overwhelming hospitality of the owners and the great breakfast from home made produce they dished up. We bought some delicious cheese for the trip from them as well. The tent itself is basically a small self contained cabin. There's also a kitchen aside the house and a grill. Location is a bit away from everything which I'd nice when you just want to have a quiet rest. Nonetheless there are things around to see within a short hike.

Very nice room and hostel, super value, very friendly host, speaks English, enjoyed my stay. Close to Sanahin Monastery and a marked trail from there to Haghpat Monastery, the trail is easy, good nature, rural village and valley views on the way. i got a return bus from Haghpat at 14.00.

I liked everything, everything as planned. I advise you to stay here, because the place is just super. You can just forget about everything and enjoy life for real.

Really cute property in Alaverdi. We were the only ones there so had the whole place to ourselves. It was a great place to relax and unwind! The owner was so friendly and helpful, plus there’s a great walk nearby from monastery to monastery.

I arrived late so the family offered me to make an very tasty dinner for me. The owner also offered me to do a little hike in the morning to get a good view of Sanahin and a visit to the monastery which we had for ourselves. I really felt at home at the house and the family was very welcoming.

The best place I stayed anywhere in Armenia. An exceptional cosy and peaceful guesthouse nestled in the mountains. The hostess is wonderfully friendly, serves incredible food including produce from the gardens, and is extremely helpful with local recommendations, travel and taxis etc. She was able to organise a good tour at a great price, on short notice. The room was comfortable and the village is beautiful. There are day tours to this region from Yerevan, but it is absolutely worth staying here at this guesthouse for a couple of nights to truly enjoy true rural Armenia!

Book this cute and very hospitable guest house to save money, but get a comfortable accommodation, excellent food, Armenian hospitality and a friendly human attitude towards yourself. Here you will be shrouded in attention and care! The guest house is located in non-residential mountainous forest area! Near the river and wildlife! There is a large pool. There is a jacuzzi on fire. There is a veranda, karaoke, a barbecue area and much more. Great free and paid Internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but you can get a full tasty and diverse diet for little money.They also have a campsite.I recommend. Find your calmness in this beautiful place.
