Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The photos simply don’t do justice to the experience—nothing captures the soothing sound of the river, the fresh scent of pine from the surrounding forest, or the peaceful birdsong that greets you each morning. The property was immaculate, with spotless rooms and an impressive attention to detail that made our stay especially comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and a great start to each day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Kevork and Sophia were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable visit. Their recommendations for local dining and leisure activities were spot-on and far beyond what we expected. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy genuine hospitality in a beautiful natural setting.

Very nice owner. It is located in a quiet neigbourhood but close to centre of Diligan. There are plum and pear trees in the garden and you can gather fresh fruits every day .

Perfect enviroment, good views to he mountain and a wanderful garden. Beds very comfortable. Absolutely relaxing place, in easy walking distance fron the center of Dilijan. Very nice hostage, we got a basket of fresh fruits and a jar of a very good homemade wine. Thank you Edvar!

    The property is located in the quiet area of the town facing a breathtaking view of the valley. The house has it all for the comfortable stay. My personal thanks to the lovely hosts for their hospitality and assistance making our stay unforgettable! There are few hiking trails crossing Dilijan. The route to ‘The Drunken forest’ is easy to make with kids.

    Emma is a lovely host, welcomed me with delicious Armenian coffee and dates. Lovely roses in the garden. The room is really great value for money and I had the bathroom to myself. I loved the retro decor, everything was clean and immaculate. Close to the bus station and shops - Diijan is very spread out. Would love to stay again, thanks Emma!
