My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. A lovely retreat on the hillside of Yeghegnadzor. Marni and family are wonderful hosts, great accommodation, beautiful views from the balcony and swing in the garden, so relaxing. All the facilities including the lounge and dining room are available for use. We walked down into the village for food and exploring. Close to Noravank Monastery, Megallan Cave and Areni-1. Beautiful in spring.

Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Highly recommend the place to everyone visiting this amazing region in Armenia! We are grateful that we had the luck to meet such great hosts!

LiViTi was the perfect place to stay for three days exploring Areni. The host family are gracious, humble people who went out of their way to make me feel very relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and for a very reasonable price, I was able to enjoy fresh home-made cooking in the evening too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the property is ideal - you are very close to many of the main tourist sites nearby such as Noravank, Areni-1 Cave and Selavatar. If you are without a car, you can easily reach Areni from Yerevan by bus. Gohar was in fact kind enough to book me a ticket for the return journey back to Yerevan too which was very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying at LiViTi. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay in beautiful Areni!

We had a perfect stay from the welcome until good bye the other day. Both hosts were very nice and helpful, whatever we asked, it was provided. We had delicious dinner, home made wine and breakfast. This place is a hidden gem in Armenia - Anna is an amazing host, so easy going and flexible. Our room was huge and comfortable, it’s a little family run guesthouse in the middle of Areni village so has a great local feel. We did a wine tasting, had a huge home cooked dinner and breakfast and loved every bit of it. Thank you for sharing with us!

The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. You feel completely in your own space, it is very quiet and the bedroom is dark and comfortable. The air con is in the lounge and cools the whole space well. The tv is a smart tv. The rest of the property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and incredible views. The location is great for visiting areni’s attractions. The stepanyan family made this trip for us, they are all so lovely, polite, and friendly, and made our stay so enjoyable. We loved seeing the dried fruit production and the wine tasting and tour, the dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful and we left feeling so well fed and replenished. They were all so helpful and went out of their way for us several times. We are very grateful and cannot recommend this enough.
