Very good room facilities such as the bathroom, sofa, table, chairs and kitchen and the view of the city and the mountain from the terrace is amazing! The premise has a unique design too. Staff is very attentive and always ensured we got on taxi because sometimes taxi drivers on Yandex had a hard time locating the guesthouse entrance. Private bathroom is good and beds are comfortable too. Note that the place is on a hill and it's advisable to rely on taxi to get around the city (depending on the time of the day, it cost us about 600-1000 drams per trip to travel to the city centre). I will definitely come back again the next time I travel to Yerevan, Armenia.

A very modern stylish comfortable clean hostel. I stayed in a twin room with a private bathroom. The owner was really nice, helpful and welcomed me warmly. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace and picnic area.

I absolutely like the place - it's a small cozy studio, with hot water, fridge, washing machine and a gas panel. The place is located a little away from the center, but there are buses and taxis can bring you downtown. There are many food shops around, no party places, so it's very quiet. The hosts are very nice, very welcoming, always ready to help
