Great quiet location. Comfortable space, clean facilities and host has gone the extra mile supplying the little things like sunscreen, dishwasher, hair-dryer, etc. Awesome coffee shop a few minutes walk away on Brewer Road. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. All exceptionally clean. Sheets and pillows had nice clean feel and fragrance. There is plenty of space for storage. Every room has an air conditioner. Phuong is an exceptional host. She genuinely cares for her guests and tends to their every need. Great value for money. I would recommend this place to those who are looking for long term stay. Tip: Phuong is a great cook. If you are into Vietnamese food, you may want to arrange meals.

The owner was really nice,and the room had everything we needed,including towels,shampoo and body wash.We used the kitchen every dayand the the most important thing was the bed-we slept really well.The location was great,too,as it was in the free tram zone and convenient for the CBD.Around had woolworth and Asia shop.Everything about it was perfect.
