Great house in Richmond with a very high level of comfort. The room is extremely spacious and has everything you need...and the floor heating is amazing. Also, there are useful amenities in a common area like coffee maker, water dispenser, microwave, fridge and washing machine / dryer. The friendly owners live there and are therefore available in case of any questions or if help is needed. It is also possible to park a car for free which is a nice add-on. If no car you can definitely walk to the centre of Richmond easily or take the bus (who stops in front).

William is a warm and generous host. He really makes you feel like home; especially with his freshly prepared breakfast in the morning. The generous pantry supply with food catering to different taste palate is such a rare gem. The bedroom is also big and the bed is so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Jessicahouse to all friends visiting Vancouver.
